    Create your account

    Sign up in minutes. Complete a simple KYC (PAN or GST) and add funds to your ShipOrbit wallet. No sales minimums, no lock-ins.

    • Email + mobile verification
    • PAN or GSTIN for KYC
    • Wallet top-up via UPI, net banking, or card
    • Optional: connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store for auto-import

  2. Step 02

    Enter shipment details

    Tell us where the package is going, how much it weighs, and its declared value. Save addresses for repeat customers.

    • Origin and destination pin codes
    • Dead weight and volumetric weight
    • Declared value for insurance
    • Prepaid or Cash on Delivery

  3. Step 03

    Compare live rates

    We fetch real-time rates from every integrated courier and show them side-by-side — including fuel surcharges and COD charges, so there are no surprises at billing.

Frequently asked questions

Which couriers are supported right now?+
We are integrated with DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ecom Express at launch. More carriers are on the roadmap.
Is there a minimum monthly shipment volume?+
No. Ship one parcel or ten thousand — the platform works the same either way. Pricing is per-shipment with no monthly commitments.
How does Cash on Delivery work?+
Select COD when entering shipment details. The COD charge (typically ₹30–₹50) is shown upfront before you book. Remittance from the courier is tracked in your ShipOrbit wallet automatically.
What if the courier charges a different weight than I declared?+
If you receive a weight discrepancy charge, you can raise a dispute directly from the shipment detail page. We submit it to the courier on your behalf and track the resolution.
How is the wallet charged?+
Shipping charges are deducted from your wallet at the time of booking. You can top up anytime via UPI, NEFT, or card. A minimum balance of ₹500 is recommended to avoid booking failures.
Is my data shared with couriers or third parties?+
Shipment details (names, addresses) are shared with the courier you book with — that is the minimum needed to create the shipment. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
