- ShipOrbit earns a small margin on the negotiated courier rates — the same way a travel aggregator works. The rate you see is the final rate you pay. No separate "platform fee" is charged on top.
- Any successfully booked shipment (label generated) counts toward the monthly limit. Cancelled bookings are not counted.
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused wallet balance always carries forward.
- Yes. When you select COD mode, the COD charge (typically ₹30–₹50 per carrier) is added to the displayed rate before you confirm the booking — so the total is always visible upfront.
- 18% GST is applicable on the ShipOrbit platform fee as per Indian tax regulations. Your tax invoice is generated automatically for every transaction.
